Do we need to register in your site to purchase products?
Registering on the site is optional. You can checkout as a guest. Registering will help you track your previous purchases and orders. You can also register during checkout if you want to.
What currencies do you support in your site?
Customers in India can purchase in Indian Rupees (INR).
Customers outside India can purchase in USD (United States Dollar).
How do I pay for an order? Do you provide Cash on Delivery/VPP service?
You can pay through Credit card / Debit card / Netbanking / Wallet / UPI.
We do not provide CoD/VPP service.
Can I pay through bank transfer for bulk orders?
Yes, you can. Please write a mail stating your requirements to support@ghanapati.com and we will provide you with the details.
Shipping costs
For Indian Users (Shipping Address in India)
- If you are ordering from India, we will ship only within India.
- Shipping cost of Rs 40/50/55 will be added per item depending on the product.
- If you buy products worth Rs 1600 or more, we offer free shipping*.
- * Sukla Yajur Veda Kanva Samhita & Pada Vol.1&2 – Book is an exception and shipping charges will be applicable for it irrespective of overall order value.
For International Users (Shipping Address Outside India)
Shipping Costs depends on the overall weight of the products ordered. Order more items, to increase the overall weight of the package to reduce the overall shipping costs.
How long will it take to process my order?
For Indian Users:
- We will take at least 2-3 days to process your order, and sometimes it may take a couple of more days to ship the Vedic products. After we ship the package, you will receive the package within 3-7 working days from the date of shipment (Outside Bengaluru). If you are within Bengaluru, it should ideally reach you within 1-2 working days post shipping.
- Rest assured your order will be delivered.
- If you email us regarding the status of your order, it may take us 2 or more days to respond.
- PLEASE place an order ONLY if you’re comfortable with this.
- Please DO NOT place an order if you are expecting quick and fast processing and prompt response from us.
- The tracking details will be provided to you via e-mail as soon as we ship the items. Please check your e-mail for updates about your order and for further communication.
For International Users (Shipping Address Outside India)
